My name is Iraia, and ILHA DO SAL is my story.
I grew up between two cultures—Italian and Spanish—and this dual soul has always guided my way of seeing the world. Elegance and attention to detail on one hand, energy, passion, and spontaneity on the other. Two identities that merge in everything I create.
My journey began in design and fashion. Years of collaborations with international brands taught me that a truly beautiful product is never accidental: it is the result of research, care, and a clear vision.
Then came the travels. Los Angeles, Miami—cities where I discovered a different way of experiencing the body and movement. Women who trained with style, who wore their Pilates outfits even for coffee, for a walk, for life. That freedom changed me.
From there, ILHA DO SAL was born.
I wanted to create something that didn't yet exist in my wardrobe: Pilates sets that were technical yet beautiful, comfortable yet elegant, designed for training but also perfect outside the studio. Garments that would make every woman feel confident—in the gym and in everyday life.
